CALL FOR ABSTRACTS AND SUBMISSION
Original contributions on the following congress topics are encouraged:

05. Flow visualization
06. Computational fluid Dynamics and heat transfer
07. Micro and nano scale thermo-fluid dynamics
08. Heat transfer in nuclear plants
09. Heat transfer and efficiency in energy system, environmental technologies, and buildings
10. IR thermography
11. Other (please specify)
To send your abstract you will have to access the ONLINE SUBMISSION SYSTEM and follow the indications.
Abstracts must be submitted online only.
Before starting the submission process, please check the following guidelines.
How to prepare your abstract:
All abstracts must be written in English
Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.

How to submit your abstract:
Click on "Abstract Submission" at the end of this page;
Complete the form adding the requested information for the first author and coauthors;
Specify preferred type of presentation (oral, poster);
- Insert title of Abstract;
By clicking on “Send”, you acknowledge that you have read the informative note and you agree for your personal data to be processed;
The submission system will generate an acknowledgement of your submission, which will be sent to the Submitter's email address, indicating userID and abstract PIN, in case you want to access the system again and check your abstract. Please make sure that you receive the email confirmation after making your submission.
The notification of acceptance of the abstracts will be sent to the Corresponding Author via email.
Abstract submission: EXTENDED until March 8th, 2019
Notification of abstract acceptance: March 15th, 2019
Submission of full paper: May 15th, 2019
Early registration: May 24th, 2019
Deadline for authors' registration: May 31st, 2019
At least one author per paper is requested to register at the UIT Conference within the given deadline. This is necessary for the paper to be included in the conference programme and in the conference proceedings. Registered authors can present a second paper at no additional cost.
Technical presentations (both oral and poster) must be prepared and presented in English.
Information on how authors should produce their full paper will be posted at a later stage.
